|Recommended: YesGrateful After 19 Years of Calling This Home — I’ve lived at La Mansion for 19 years, and I can honestly say I have never felt more welcomed and cared for than I do now. Fernanda, Julissa, and Dante truly go above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are taken care of. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for residents make such a difference. It means so much to feel valued and supported after so many years here. I’m truly grateful for this team and everything they do.
|Recommended: YesGreat Living Experience from Start to Finish — I’ve lived at La Mansion for 3 years, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. Julissa and Fernanda in the office, along with the maintenance team, always go above and beyond for residents. Whether it was feeling welcomed every time I visited the office, enjoying the resident events, having maintenance requests handled quickly, or seeing how well the property is maintained, it always made a difference. I will truly miss living here and especially the beautiful trail view from my apartment.
|Recommended: YesGood long term planning — I think it’s possible to call La mansion home. We are working on getting something fixed in our home and the staff is always responsive.
Some inconsistencies did out from one year to the next but I think that it’s all about communication.
Overall, my family and I love this place.
|Recommended: YesSolid choice for apartment living in Brownsville — After living here almost a year, here is our review. La Mansion del Paso is decent place to live. We like the gated community and the access to the Trail of the Trees, especially with kids. Its a great place to walk and explore. Parking is never an issue. We've never had an issue with loud or unruly neighbors. The apartment staff are great at communication and we appreciate that. Maintenance is timely and quick to resolve any issues reported. When we moved in, all the grass was green and beautiful, now its all gone and its basically dirt, which sucks. The dog pack has always been disgusting and FULL of dog poop. They may have even closed it at this point. I wish they had a park for kids but thats neither here nor there. We often enjoy the pool and although the maintenance staff tries their best to stay on top of the mess, it does sometimes get covered in duck poop and pee and smell gross. Such is nature. There's the occasional person who doesn't pick up their dogs doo or whatnot but you'll have that anywhere. When it comes to price, I would say its higher than what it should be. But we have for the most part enjoyed living here.
